CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Open to all AMX Partners including Integrators, Consultants and End Users, AMX Australia and New Zealand are once again proud to call for entries for the coveted Best Project Awards. The Best Project Awards are designed to celebrate the innovation and technical prowess that goes into delivering the most exciting and challenging AV projects our industry has ever seen.
Submissions are now open for all projects completed in Australia or New Zealand in 2015 in Corporate, Government, Defence, Healthcare or Education.
Winners will be announced at the beyondAMX16 conference which will take place from 3 - 6 March 2016 at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast. Winners will be advised in advance and have the opportunity to present their project at the conference.
All finalist entries will be on display to over 200 delegates of beyondAMX16 for the duration of the conference.
Submission deadline is Tuesday 16 February 2016
This year we are shaking things up a bit with the introduction of two additional categories, HOWEVER there will still only be 4 Best Project Awards. Judges will review all submissions and select winners most worthy of receiving a Best Project Award.

1. A place on the annual AMX Singapore Study Tour in 2016
Join a select number of your industry peers on a trip to Singapore where you will stay in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, the most spectacular hotel in Singapore. With floor-to-ceiling windows the Marina Bay allows you to drink in magnificent views of Singapore's glittering city district right from your hotel room, whilst the swimming pool offers you the opportunity to take a dive in the world's highest and longest infinity pool - a luxury reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Aside from stunning accommodation, the tour will also include visits and behind-the-scene passes to Singapore's best AV deployments.

2. AMX Produced Video Case Study
AMX produces multiple video case studies each year, with extensive film footage and interviews conducted to promote the project's success. These videos are shared on AMX's YouTube channel as well as promoted through all social networks both locally and internationally. They have been used by HARMAN executives globally and we are continuously asked for additional videos.
AMX will produce your video from script creation, production coordination, filming and editing to provide you with a professional video that can be used internally and externally in recognition of your project achievements.
3. Promotion within the InsideAMX Newsletter
InsideAMX is distributed to over 2000 industry professionals on a monthly basis. It includes relevant story items from overseas, local project and industry news which includes news of what's happening within AMX and HARMAN for that month. Another great portal to promote to your peers and other people within the industry.
4. Possible inclusion in THE SHOWCASE magazine
Now in it's fifth year, THE SHOWCASE International Edition is a testament to the amazing and intuitive products that AMX Integrators, Partners and Distributors are specifying and installing in premier venues all over the world.
As a Best Project Award winner your projects will be submitted for potential inclusion in the 2016 annual edition due out at the end of the year.
5. Social Media amplification
Feature posts will be placed on our LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter feeds. Each winner of a Best Project Award will also be internationally recognised on our website.
Our judging panel will consist of the AMX Australia & New Zealand Senior Management team, as shown below. With 80 years of collective AV industry experience between them, our Senior Management Team are committed to investing in the growth and development of the AV industry.
Winners will be selected based on the following judging criteria used to monitor and evaluate each project submission;
- Uniqueness of Application
- Outcome achieved for the client

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Multiple submissions are welcome.
- Only projects from Australia and New Zealand may be considered.
- All project submissions must have been completed in 2015.
- One place is available for each winning project on the BPA Singapore Study Tour.
- BPA Study Tour nominated attendees need to be approved by AMX Management prior to the tours commencement.
- Late and incomplete submissions will not be considered.
